Applications of Ozone:
I. Surface Sterilization and Disinfection:
(1) Food Factories and Pharmaceutical Factories need to perform overflow immersion sterilization on the surface of raw materials and other objects to form a sterile raw material surface (the packaging container can be sterilized and sterilized by contact with high-concentration ozone gas). For example, fruits can be sterile and can be made into concentrated juice after washing.
(2) In The Processing of Aquatic Products - before freezing and packaging, high-concentration ozone water spray sterilization or over-flow immersion sterilization can perfectly control the hygiene indicators of aquatic products , to avoid the problem of excess chlorine caused by the use of chlorides.
(3) In the Process of Liquid Food Processing (such as beverages, juices, etc.) and Pharmaceutical Production, high-concentration ozone water can be used for soaking and rinsing pipelines, production equipment and containers, thereby achieving efficient sterilization.
